The National Coalition of Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces has condemned the contract the Syrian regime signed with Soyuzneftegaz to explore oil on the Syrian shelf yesterday, Interfax reports.
The rebels say that the contract will allow Russia to make profit from Syrian resources in exchange for military equipment.
