Armenian and Chinese Defense Ministers Seyran Oganyan and Chang Wanquan have met in China. They signed an agreement, according to which China will grant Armenia military aid worth about $820,000 annually, News Armenia reports.
Oganyan met Colonel-General Xu Chiliang, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China. The sides discussed the development of military cooperation, collaboration in military education and medicine, as well as training.
