Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan says he is ready to resign if the Turkish people so wish, the TRT Haber TV channel reports.
He added, however, that no such desire has been voiced so far.
The remarks were made amid a massive anti-corruption campaign, which has led to the resignation of several ministers. One of them, the minister of the environment Erdogan Bayraktar, called on the prime minister to resign as well.
