Foreigners willing to work in Russia will need to present documents proving that they are not drug addicts and have no dangerous diseases, according to a bill signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, RIA Novosti reports.
The documents will be presented by foreigners visiting the country for over 90 days without visas to the Federal Migration Service. They will also present certificates saying that they are not HIV positive. Foreign workers are currently filing such documents within 30 days after receiving work permits.
