Ingush Leader Yunus-Bek Yevkurov has urged his people to be vigilant in the light of the blast at a Volgograd train station, SKFO.ru reports.
Yevkurov sent a telegram to the governor of the Volgograd Region expressing condolences to families of people killed and injured in the blast.
