Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, told his Israeli counterpart Yosi Cohen on Monday that people responsible for the terrorist attacks will be found and punished, Interfax reports.
Cohen expressed condolences over the tragedies of December 29 and 30 and offered help in searching for organizers of the attacks.
