Rostov to celebrate its 261st anniversary

On the 18th and 19th of September, Rostov-on-Don will celebrate the 261st anniversary of the city's foundation . The city will be decorated and three new sports complexes, an exhibition center and a new building of the Veterans' Council are to open. A Turkish delegation from the twin city of Antalya is to present a gift.
