On New Year's Eve Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili congratulated on the coming New Year not only the citizens of Georgia, but also the residents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, expressing confidence that relations between the three countries will eventually be established.
"I congratulate our Abkhaz and Ossetian brothers on the New Year of 2014. I believe that we will find common ground, restore relations and take care of our common future", News-Georgia quotes Garibashvili.
