The issue of the participation of the Syrian opposition in the upcoming Swiss Peace Conference Geneva-2 will be discussed on the second day of the Congress of the National Coalition of the Syrian opposition and the revolutionary forces, which began near Istanbul on Sunday.
The meeting on which the issue will be decided will be closed to the media.
Today, organizational and technical questions of the activities of opposition groups were discussed at the congress, RIA Novosti reports.
The congress will end on January 6.
