Istanbul Deputy Prosecutor General Zakaria Oz, who sanctioned the arrests of ministers in Turkey, has been dismissed by the Supreme Council of Judges and Prosecutors of Turkey, Trend reports.
The Council decided to send Oz to Bakirkoy. Investigative procedures should have been ready 6 months ago, but no materials had been presented by Oz, who was on vacation in Dubai.
Turkish ruling party media said that the prosecutor had made 22 visits abroad last year and had a vacation in Dubai for $33,000.
