Russian PM orders development of bans for migrants

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has ordered the Federal Migration Service to come up with ideas on bans for foreign violators by June 30, RIA Novosti reports.Foreigners caught violating the law in Russia will be banned for 3-10 years.Medvedev ordered the FMS, Ministry for Labor and the Ministry for Finances to implement the system of patent employment so that independent businessmen and legal bodies would employ foreigners entering the country without visas.Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his message to the Federal Assembly on December 12, 2013, that legal bodies and independent businessmen should hire foreign workers using the patent system.
