The Azerbaijani authorities will not prevent the press observing the elections.

Administrative resources will not be used to control the work of the mass media during the parliamentary elections, due to take place in November, Trend reports.
"During the last elections the parties had no complaints during the elections, but after the elections they started speaking about falsification. That is why one of the functions of the media is to control the process of the elections," said Ali Hasanov, an Azerbaijani official.
