Mehdi Fatollah, Head of the Iranian Trade Institute, said that the government was searching for ways to join the WTO, Trend reports.
Joining the international organization was one of the priorities of the Iranian Ministry for Industry, he reminded. The official noted that international sanctions were a problem for the country.
Iran and six mediators (Russia, US, China, UK, France, Germany) signed preliminary agreements in Geneva in November 2013. According to the documents, Iran will make concessions in its nuclear program in exchange for ease of sanctions.
