US to deliver arms to Syrian rebels, media report

The United States may resume arms deliveries to the Syrian rebel forces, the New York Times cites a source in the Obama administration as saying. According to the newspaper, the US is considering deliveries of cars, ammunition and communication devices to the moderate groups within the Syrian opposition.
