A new scientific centre for Armenian research is set to begin work in the next few days, the head of the university's press-service, Parvan Ibragimov, told Trend on Tuesday.
"The centre will study historic and contemporary problems of the "Armenian question" and inform the Azerbaijani public about social-political developments in Armenia," he said, adding that the centre would fill previous voids in the subject, looking historic Western influence in building a "Greater Armenia" at specific periods, and creating a chronology of crimes committed by Armenians. Speakers of Armenian will collate information from various Armenian media and analyse their work for presentation.
