Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has given Jennifer Psaki, spokeswoman of the US State Department, a pink ear-flapped hat, Interfax reports.
Lavrov, Psaki and US Secretary of State John Kerry were then photographed.
Maria Zakharova, Deputy Director of the Department for Information and Press at the Russian Foreign Ministry, said that the hat was a gift in return for the potatoes Kerry had given Lavrov earlier today.
