The Federal Migration Service of Russia has banned 500,000 foreigners for 3-10 years for violating local laws, said spokeswoman of the Service Zalina Kornilova, Interfax reports.
The spokeswoman added that Russia had 34 special centers for detention of foreigners and stateless people who will be deported. The centers have at least 6 square meters of area per person, split rooms for men and women, meals three times a day, means of hygiene, medical aid, beds, as well as translators.
