The trial of people arrested in the anti-corruption operation in the Mersin Province of Turkey will start today, Trend reports.
35 people were detained, 7 of them arrested, for corruption. Dozens of people were detained in Istanbul and Ankara as part of a special operation on December 17, 2013. The suspects include businessmen, sons of some ministers. They were charged with corruption, smuggling and sales of drugs.
