Azerbaijani Deputy Speaker of Parliament Bakhar Muradova that the national laws needed amendments to prevent the rising number of car accidents, Trend reports.
The vice speaker noted that most accidents were caused by Russian cars that were cheap and affordable for people with low income. Most accidents were caused by unskilled drivers and people with high social status and financial opportunities.
Muradova said that prevention of such tendencies was only possible via additional administrative measures and stricter laws.
