Poti Mayor David Sarsania has filed a resignation note to leave the mayor’s post and become Vice Governor of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Trend reports.
Sarsania became the Poti Mayor on January 11, 2013. He received the absolute majority of votes of the local assembly, including votes of members of the United National Movement.
