Representatives of the European Union have cancelled the traditional dinner with Russian President Vladimir Putin within the framework of the Russia-EU summit because of the Ukrainian issue, Reuters reports.
Putin will visit Brussels on January 28 to attend the summit. The summit usually takes two days but it has been shortened to only one this time. The EU wants to make the talks closed to the press to make the discussions more honest and strategic.
