The Chechen senator in the Federation Council of Russia, Ziyad Sabsabi, has confirmed yesterday’s announcement by Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov about the death of number one terrorist Doku Umarov.
Kadyrov said on Instagram that a record of a conversation of two militant leaders said that the terrorist was dead and a successor should be chosen. Russian intelligence services have not confirmed his death yet.
