President of the World Taekwondo Federation Chungwon Choue will give Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev the highest (ninth) dan in taekwondo in the Ak Orda Palace on January 21.
The Korean delegation will stay in Astana for four days. It will observe the city and see performances of the best Kazakh taekwondo fighters. Nazarbayev will receive the ninth dan for support the government gave its taekwondo fighters.
Russian president Vladimir Putin has already received the ninth dan. Only four people in the world have such high dan.
