Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the humanitarian problem in Syria's Aleppo will be solved without deployment of peacekeepers, RIA Novosti reports.
He noted that there were many people trying to use the situation as an excuse for the deployment of international forces in Syria.
