The Georgian Security Council held its first session under the supervision of Prime Minister Irakly Garibashvili today, Trend reports.
Ministers for defenses, foreign affairs, finances, reconciliation and civil equality, speaker of parliament, intelligence chief, heads of the Council for State Security and Crisis Control and special representative of the PM for relations with Russia attended the talks.
Georgian President Georgy Margvelashvili and Secretary of the Security Council Irina Imerlishvili are on a visit to Turkey and could not take part in the session.
