Bomb disposal experts of the Federal Security Service department in Makhachkala have defused a powerful explosive device on the Avenue of Akushinskiy, ITAR-TASS reports, citing the press-service of the Interior Ministry of Dagestan.
The device was filled with aluminum powder and ammonia nitrate, it contained submunitions and had the explosive equivalent of 4 kg of TNT. The bomb was destroyed at the scene.
