Syrian President Bashar al-Assad cannot become part of the transitional government of Syria, US Secretary of State John Kerry said after the speech of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at the Geneva-2 Conference in Montreux.
Lavrov warned that any attempts to impose recipes of political reforms on Syria or any other countries of the Middle East will only slow modernization down.
