27 members of the Moscow City Parliament voted for the majority system of elections of its members and 2 against it, RIA Novosti reports.
The bill on adoption of the majority system was passed for further democratization of elections in Moscow. Until today, members of the Moscow City Parliament were elected according to party lists.
