Syrian Foreign Minister Wali Muallem said at the Geneva-2 Conference that some countries attending the talks had “blood on their hands” from “sponsoring terrorism in the republic, RIA Novosti reports.
Muallem did not name the countries but he noted that they were trying to destabilize and destroy it by “exporting terrorism”. He claims that they spend money on purchase of weapons and filling international mass media with lies.
