UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has stopped Syrian Foreign Minister Walid Muallem’s speech that exceeded the 10-minute limit, RIA Novosti reports.
Muallem responded that the speech of Ban Ki-moon himself lasted 25 minutes. The secretary general promised to let Muallem speak against later and called his speech unconstructive and filled only with accusations. The Syrian minister said that he must describe the Syrian vision of developments in the country.
