Vladimir Chizhov, Russian Envoy to the EU in Brussels, said today that Russia and the EU will most likely postpone signing of an agreement to simplify the visa regime in summer this year, Interfax reports.
He noted that most questions of the EU were answered.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said yesterday that all steps to sign the document had been taken, all criteria met. Only a few political moments remained, he added.
