The Azerbaijani Cabinet passed decision No 156 of August 23rd, introducing changes to the law on purchase of land for state needs, ANS reports.
According to the decision, the rules for pricing real estate when purchasing it for state needs (introduced on April 4th 2009) are no longer in force. The new law now regulates the compensation rules for purchasing lands of the forest fund confiscated for state needs.
