Expert says no dialogue seen at Geneva conference

There was no place for actual dialogue at the second round of the Geneva conference on Syria held in Montreux, Switzerland, Director of the Social and Political Research Centre Vladimir Yevseyev says.

According to the expert, it's a good thing that the parties met and held a discussion, but it doesn't mean that they are approaching a resolution of the ongoing conflict in Syria.

The participants in the conflict are not ready to compromise or simply listen to one another, Yevseyev believes.
