Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that restoration of diplomatic ties with the US was possible if the sides were ready for constructive dialogue, RIA Novosti reports.
Rouhani told RTS that no hostilities or friendship were eternal and interchange once in a while. The president noted that Iran wanted to help and be friends with all countries of the world.
US interests in Iran are currently represented by the Swiss Embassy.
