Didier Burkhalter, Head of the Swiss Foreign Department and Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE, said on Wednesday night that the OSCE had offered to act as a mediator between Ukrainian opposition and government, ITAR-TASS reports.According to the Swiss official, the organization had all the instruments and mechanisms to help resolve the situation.
