Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal Miqdad said that the government delegation had gathered at the UN Palace of Nations but not a single member of the opposition delegation had arrived, ITAR-TASS reports.
UN sources say that the inter-Syrian talks were postponed. It is still unclear whether today’s meetings were cancelled or not. UN Envoy Lakhdar Brahimi may meet the government delegation of Syria, the source says.
