The protests in Ukraine had no affect on the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol, First-Rank Captain Vyacheslav Trukhachev, Head of the Fleet’s information section, said yesterday, ITAR-TASS reports.
Trukhachev denied media reports about recommendation given to Russian officers to evacuate families from Ukraine.
