Russian Minister for Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev said that Russia was negotiating exports of agricultural products, including grain, to Iran, Trend reports.
He noted that the US was creating obstacles for the trade. Russia exports grain to Iran via commercial contracts. The sides considered selling grain using intergovernmental agreements.
The minister stated that certain agreements were being reached with the EU and Iranian assets were unfrozen.
