Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen are discussing terrorism control, piracy, drug trafficking, peacekeeping in Afghanistan, problems of the European missile shield at a meeting at the NATO HQ in Brussels, RIA Novosti reports.
Lavrov and Rasmussen will exchange opinions on international security problems, including the Syrian crisis.
The Russian foreign minister arrived in Brussels for the 32nd Russia-EU summit that will open later today.
