The Ukrainian parliament will discuss the bill on the formation of a special commission for constitutional amendments today, leader of the Fatherland Arseny Yatsenyuk said, RIA Novosti reports.
The opposition has discussed the overturn of the 2004 constitutional reform many times in 2010. The reform was created a parliament-ruled republic. 396 MP voted for talks on amnesty of protesters. 226 votes were needed to include the topic in the agenda.
