A bill with amendments to the Constitution of Dagestan has been passed in the Dagestani parliament and will give prosecutors legislative powers, the press service of the Dagestani parliament reports.
The bill will improve the interaction between Dagestani prosecutors and the parliament, improve the legislative process in the republic and speed up harmonization with the federal laws. The document was passed in the first reading.
