Russia's North Caucasusian republic of Karachai-Cherkessia and the Orenburg region are going to enhance mutual ties. Karachai-Cherkessian leader Rashid Temrezov and Orenburg Governor Yuri Berg signed a corresponding agreement today.
According to the document, the two regions are going to cooperate in the spheres of trade, economy, science and technology and culture, the Karachai-Cherkessian president's press service reports.
