Ingush minister of sports says republic wants more achievements

Ingush Minister of Sports Akhmed Kotiyev says the republic's authorities are paying special attention to sports and are interested in more achievements of Ingush athletes. One of the main priorities is to make sport more popular among the Ingush people, the official says.

"I am a former professional sportsman myself. I hope that with the help of the authorities we will manage to improve the situation surrounding sports in Ingushetia," he said.
