Secretary General of the Council of Europe Thorbjorn Jagland has arrived in Tbilisi this morning. Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani said that Jagland will present the CE action plan for 2013-2015 to Georgia, Trend reports.
The plan focuses on protection of human rights, development of democracy and supremacy of the law.
In October 2013, the action plan was passed by the CE committee of ministers after consultations of the Council of Europe and the Georgian government.
