Arseny Yatsenyuk, leader of the Ukrainian opposition faction Fatherland, has named his conditions for being Prime Minister: all government posts should be occupied by the opposition and repeal of the constitutional amendments made in 2010 and restoration of the 2004 Constitution, Interfax reports.The oppositionist wants guarantees that the government will not be formed for “three months or three weeks,” should the parliament be the one to form it.Ukrainian President Victor Yanukovych offered Yatsenyuk on January 25 to become the Prime Minister. Incumbent Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov resigned on January 28.
