US authorities are dissatisfied with their Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Armenia John A. Heffern for his failure to persuade Armenia to stay away from the Customs Union, Iravunk reports.
The paper says that he will most likely be called back to Washington in late May.
