Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi said that the Islamic Republic did not want to discuss its ballistic missile program with six mediators of the nuclear program, ITAR-TASS reports.
US Under Secretary of State Wendy Sherman said at the Senate last week that the ballistic missiles will be discussed at the new round of talks with Iran in Vienna on February 18. The new talks, organized after the coming into force of the preliminary agreement on the nuclear program on January 20, will be organized to reach a final agreement on the problem, if Iran proves the peaceful intentions of its nuclear developments.
Iran has created ballistic missiles with a range of up to 2,000km in the last few years. The missile can hit Israel.
