The second round of inter-Syrian talks have started in Geneva under mediation of Lakhdar Brahimi, Special Envoy of the UN and the LAS, RIA Novosti reports.
Brahimi stated the meeting with the Syrian opposition and then met the governmental delegation. The format of the talks in the evening has not been specified yet. The talks will be followed by a press conference where Brahimi will clarify it.
