New Turkish Ambassador starts working in Georgia

New Ambassador of Turkey Zeki Leuven Gumrukchu today presented copies of his credentials to the Georgian Foreign Minister Maya Panjikidze. The Georgian
Foreign Minister wished success to the diplomat.

The ceremony was followed by a conversation, where the parties discusse issues of bilateral and multilateral relations, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reports, according to Trend.

The Turkish ambassador expressed readiness to promote the further deepening of Georgian- Turkish cooperation and reiterated his government's position
regarding the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia and its support for the European integration path.
