Armenian foreign minister gets new deputy

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree relieving the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Bulgaria, Sergey Manasaryan, of his duties. He has now been appointed deputy foreign minister, News.am reports.


Manasaryan has been working for the ministry since 1996. He has already worked in the post of deputy foreign minister. He was Armenian ambassador to Bulgaria for 5 years. He holds a masters degree in technical science.
